Do you offer jewellery repairs?

Yes, we do. As a traditional jewellery shop with an onsite jeweller, we can repair pieces made from any precious metal, including silver, gold, platinum, and palladium.
How much does it cost to resize a ring?

We are unable to provide a quote for ring resizing without seeing the ring first and measuring your finger. The cost will depend on whether the ring needs to be made larger or smaller, by how many sizes, and the type of metal it is made from.
Do you buy scrap gold?

Yes, we do. As gold prices fluctuate daily, we recommend bringing your items into the shop so we can assess them, weigh them, and provide you with a price.
Do you replace watch batteries?

Yes, we can replace most watch batteries in-store. However, we cannot guarantee waterproofing. If your watch is waterproof, it will need to be sent to our watch workshop for resealing to maintain its water resistance.
Do you buy pre-owned watches?

No, we do not buy pre-owned watches.
